BRELA have announced a Company Conflict Resolution Clinic to address the complaints from shareholders and directors concerning non adherence to the Companies Act, Cap 212 and
Companies’ Articles of Association when effecting changes in a company and generally limited understanding of the Companies Act, Cap. 212 requirements.
The camp will be held from the 13 to 19 June 2022 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the National Museum of Tanzania – Conference Hall located at Shaaban Robert Street, opposite the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), in Dar es Salaam.
We recommend that those companies that have internal conflicts take advantage of this opportunity to seek amicable and practical solutions.
