The Workers Compensation Act, 2008 announced a fund called The Workers Compensation Fund. All employers are required by law to contribute to this fund. You can read more about this Act here.
How to register with the fund?
- Employers have to fill and submit with the fund the Employer Registration Form WCR-1
- Emplyers have to fill and submit with the fund the Employer’s business particulars form WCR-2
How to contribute to the fund?
1. Employers have to fill and submit, every month, to the Fund Form no. WCP FORM 1.docx and Form WCP-1- Attachment to support the remitted contributions.
2. Employers have to remit contributions to the Fund through any of the following bank accounts:

3. Contributions have to be made on monthly basis within a period of one month after the end of the month to which the contribution relates.
